Also biggest mystery is how much of a stretch should it be? Just tight? Semi painful? Sometimes skin is tight and everything inside feels tight too(veins and stuff) is there a difference between time and eesults if im getting the tight stretch az opposed to a hard borderline painful stretch?

I've had my extender for over four months and I still can't figure out the grand. I have The gold package 1800 gram. I've added the half inch bar. I turn the screws at the bottom to give a little pull. Can someone tell me how to read the tension bars so I can write down proper tension

Ok so i did it for three weeks and did it a six hoirs a day from the start and it was working great and i looked huge and fatter when erect. I got antsy and upped tention to 1400 and it hurt and began retracting and erection was way smaller and didnt feel as good anymore. So i stopped for a weak and a half and started again two days ago for just two hoirs for these three days at 700 tension. It doesn tfeel as good or appear as big as last time but of course its not six hours. Also using noose as strap slips and hurt too much. It seems that when i unstrap or stretch it during the day it hangs lomger but aboit three seconds later i can physically see it retract aboit half inch. And it seems smaller flaccid but been super cold here to . Sometimes hangs good and.others seems smaller than ever flaccid. Does that mean something bad? Do i need longer time off and if its a bad thing can it be worked through or do i have to stop? Im single so.tje whole erection methods and all of that dont work for me because i dont see an erection every day. What should i do and whats the best schedule.for best and quickes gains for hours a day and at what tentions for how many days/ weeks?.

I understand the stretch and pain is different for everyone. But is rule of thumb to have inner ligaments tight and thats good? They are all tight and skin seems soft and loose but gentle.pull method.doesnt work because you cant really feel a tug on your penis and it doesnt hurt when you do pull it. Is there an method to figuring out how far it should be stretched without overdoing it? I allready had to take a break and waste the first three weeks. Now im a month and a half in and startng all over again and may e even too soon and need to stop for longer. This is frustrating!

Last queztion is i want to do the newbie routine for jelqing for girth and use the extender for length. Should this be done before or after extender or a seperate part of the day? And how long before i should expect results? Thanks

I find the 6:00 position to be the best when I'm at work, 3:00 position best when I am home alone, and 12:00 position if I go to the store or something. What position do you guys find to be the best when driving?

Hello
maybe I can be of some help.
I suggest the 4 in 1 Head piece it seems to grab the silicon tubes more firmer to stay in place when using silicon tubes.
and as for stretching feeling well a little tightness is ok, but you want to feel it in side the muscle not the skin area for a stretch.
its the same feeling as if you was slightly stretching the muscles in your fingers or fore arm.
you don't want to over load it cause you won't make any gains take your time and the numbness in the head or some times base after say 30 minutes to hour tops is normal.
if you over stretch the muscle which is by the way a bunch of small muscles in the penis.
its not like your bicep or chest muscle where you can over load it like a power lifter.
you can cause damage to the tissue !
like scaring the tissue or pulling it..
and the stretch feeling should not come on all at once either.
but more less in timely manner. with in say 10 minutes or less.

also here's a little tip if you have just the basic head piece and the knotches out back don't keep the silicon tubes firmly down and in.
try tying the extra ends together this should stop it from losing up and causing slipping.
plus it's a good idea to use the foam tubes on the silicon tubes.
I used to use the old fast size device untill it broke last week and brought the 4X labs device.
and I used the fast size one on and off with a little gains didn't do it every day cause my work hours.
but I started back up and I had the same problems as you guys with slipping and just tied it out back.
and from the time I started to use it regularly every day 5 days out the week for a few months I saw some gains about close to an inch in length and I guess .15 % on girth.
didn't really measure girth just noticed it got thicker by the feel of it and muscle tone and how it became a little thicker then my 3 fingers put together.
and noticed a change in erection state as well.
it even looked more longer and thicker in the mirror both soft and hard.
and I only stretched for about an hour to tops 2 hours the max each day depending on the private time I had to do it in.
so yes this works just don't over load it.
you see the spring bars come closer downward to the base as you progress.
as your member getts stronger and you start to use more tension with the screws and maybe adding on more bars you see it become closer to the base and that means the springs are using more force cause your members muscle needs more force to stretch.
its always good to take time off for 2 days or 3 tops to let the muscle heal.
its just like your other muscles but smaller and thinner.
they need time to rest and heal too.
plus after you use the device and take it off, do the exercises to push the blood back in to the head of your member and through the rest of the shaft area.
well I hope this helps some.

(Note)
The X4 Labs device is a lot better and more sturdy and works more easier then the fast size device.
the fast size device was a cheap copy of the real thing.
I can tell the difference in the make of the model and the bars and the tension bars too and the sturdy base, plus the bars have longer screws to screw in to the other bars and base support.
so it don't come unscrewed as easy as the fast size device.
and with the X4 labs device I feel the stretch sooner then when I used the fast size one before it broke.
guess it broke cause the metal wore out and was about 4 years old and was not used much in the past.

I use the position midle or close to the thighs right or left.
it seems to do all the same thing really.
the device stretches the muscles and tendons in any position.
and as you use it it still cause gains girth and length wise.

and from what my girl friend says women not only like length, but mostly girth.
cause they love to feel the penis in side them and their muscles gripping around it without having to squeeze to feel it.
the friction from a thicker penis is what makes it more enjoyable for them.
this what she told me..
so don't shoot the messenger.
this just advice I get from her..! LOL
and she knows what she likes and she also told me her girl friends like the same thing too.
girth is important to them besides length.

well dude it seems you bruised your penile muscle and shocked it.
do the jelqing exercise for awhile to get the blood flowing in it again and start out slow.
don't over jump it again.
you could cause muscle tissue scaring.
which will set you back even longer.
the best way to know when your ready to add more bars or say more tension is you won't feel any more stretching feeling in the muscle any more for the time you using it.
you could have a stretch feeling for a few minutes then it dies out.
thats also a sign to just add a little more tension.
don't over load it, take your time.
I did that one time in the past years back with the fast size device.
and got penile shock in the muscle.
it even cause me to not keep a erection good and strong too, for awhile.
even when the old ladie went to get on top for some fun it died.
this cause of this over loading it and jumping the gun to soon.
I had to do the jelqing exercise every day and not use the device for along time.
and of course lost some gains to it.
plus heres a little food for thought...
a friend of mine was using his device and over loaded it.
he pulled a few muscles in the penile shaft area and his tendon over stretched.
he had to go have surgery to correct it.
and when I say he was over loading it he had bars on the device that was way longer then his member was soft and hard.
don't ask me how he got it on and used it, but he did.
and now from him doing it that way hes paying for it.
he still can't have normal sex like he used to to this day.

the best way to use it is to have the device the same length as your member under the head to close to middle of the head while you hold and pull your member out ward soft.
do not make as long or longer then your member hard.
Oh' ya almost fore got, this I spoke to my doctor about this and he said these device can help some.
but they can also be dangerous if not used correctly.
if you over do it in stretching time and in tension or lengthing bars you can harm your self.
it's best to take it slowly.
thats why I don't go over 2 hours tops.
and I take a few days off for rest.

That is because the original poster was banned and all his posts were deleted. That means all his replies, as he worked out of this thread mostly. His name was "thoughtfulgold" as I recall.

I understand the frustration. I believe the solution is silicon pads.... it has to be a tacky material that doesn't psuedo-adhere to the skin when it's time to remove it. I don't see that this company has this.

If you ever ever try to return the product be aware that it might take up to 2 months or more just to get it going. I have been trying that long and still nothing. First they will try to tell you that you are not following the return policy but just believe in yourself and keep trying. I haven't gotten it yet but I'm sure they will tell me I can't have but less than half of it back. I can see it getting very ugly, I hate that it has to be like that but you gotta do what you gotta do
