How do you know you have a gentle pull?

I know X4 recommends you just have it set to a gentle pull. But, how do you know its at the proper tension. Not too much or too little?

I wish they have a ring of memory foam for the plastic base so its more comfortable.

Plus, for more comfort a strip of memory foam on the top & bottom of the penis in addition to the memory foam lining of the silicone noose.

Does X4 have any medical journals mentioning their device like Andropenis does?

I doubt you will find that, but you will find some interesting information about a study in the section on Penis Enlargement in Wikipedia.

I'd really like to know how to tell what is the ideal amount of pull? Meaning both for growth but still comfortable after even 10 hours of constant use?

My opinion, is that the ideal range is starting about 600 grams, and run with that until you get no further increase over, say 90 days. Then increase to like 900 grams, and run with that until you plateau. Then like 1200 grams +/-.
I'm ending year 2, and still going with 1000 - 1200 grams.
One point, you do not want to hurry the process & build up a resistance/immunity to the higher forces, take your time. Increases can be as small as 0.2" over 30 to 60 or more days.
It takes time to do it right.
