Effective measuring

Post by Ogenki1 » Mon Nov 16, 2015 9:04 pm

What is the best way to consistently measure length. If I push down hard against my body, I get a better reading than if I place a ruler lightly against my body at the base of the penis. Which is correct?

There are 2 types of measurements in the PE area.

BPEL - bone pressed erect length

NBPEL - non bone pressed erect length.

I will refer your research to:

Thanks for the links. It feels like pressing is kind of cheating.

Does anyone know if there are exercises to eliminate/reduce the fat in that area?

The best advise I have for that is to seek the advise of a local trainer, yes you will probably have to pay for their time but they will spend the time to figure you out and come up with a program that should work for you.
