Hi, I received my Deluxe version in the mail today. I will try the extender out tomorrow. I would like to aim for wearing the device for about 8 hours. Is this too much for a beginner?

Ooooh yeah Ouuch! Nonono. Do not start off 8 hours to begin with. TOPS 2 hours with a 10-15 min break after 1 hour. And don't forget to do a warm up always before wearing.

Hi I'm another fresh starter. I'm having a difficult time mounting the device. My understanding is that one stretches, by hand to its maximum length, their flaccid penis and strap the device on so that when. The penis is in place all one has to do is let the device go. That is one must stetch and hold the penis, compress the device to desired tension, and strap the penis in all at once. Has anyone had success with this?

Yes, it's a bit tricky. the best way I can explain it is: You grab your head (after it's through the ring) and stretch and you press the device toward your pelvic bone and use your other hand to secure the strap. I use the base of my palm that's under my pinky finger (to keep the device compressed) while holding my head with middle and ring finger to the base of my thumb and use my index finger and thumb to help guide the strap into the slot while slightly holding my head up. Then after the strap is secure and tight possibly let the device go and adjust the bar screws accordingly.

I hope that helps.

I can't remember the study very well but didn't the subjects in the study this device was used in wear the device for about 8 hrs a day while increasing the tension regularly? Basically besides the apparent discomfort why is it such a bad idea to wear the device for longer than 2 hours in the beginning?

It's not just discomfort, but you need to work it like working out muscles. Starting light and moving up in weight or tension and time periods. Also there is the penile urinary tract that is the most toughest to stretch. If you start of in an advanced mood, you are only going to prolong the process and you will get unmotivated as you will not see the 2-3 month results. I started off 1week one 900g tension days 1-3 for 1 hour, days 4-6, 2 hours day 7, 3 hours. Week 2 I stayed at 3 hours for full 7 days at 1200g tension, then week 3 moved to 4-6 hours week 4 moved to 1900-2100g for 6-8 hours and been there since. I stretched 1/4 of an inch in 2 months and another 1/4 by month mid month 5. I have been using it off an on since as my work and business has gotten busy, but I am still seeing growth. Girth as been slight by about 1/4 of inch in the 5 months. I am expecting another 1/2 inch in month 9 - 12. But this is me, it's different for all.

I follow the guide lines and made sure not to damage myself. However the silicon tube slips of possibly and if tighten my penis gets a cold head. The foam was ok but just not comfortable. I wonder how you guys did it leaving it on for many hours, especially if you work.

Newbie here. How do you get your balls through the ring along with your penis. I can get one but not both but then can't fit my penis in. Do you have to wear it this way or can you wear it not include the guys??

Based on the videos I saw, you do not want them going though the ring. You have to wear it over the shaft alone. Experiment a little with this to get the most comfort.
