Need help!!!

I finally got the hang of putting on the x4 device for the deluxe edition, but I accidently tore one of my comfort strap memory foams, would I be able to replace them for free?? Could anyone walk me through the process of how the warranty works?? Please and thank you ☺

Unfortunately, I believe that the foam pads and other items used to strap in are non-durable, meaning they are expected to fail with use. You can call the number for customer service, but I wouldn't expect them to replace them for free.

My straps are being using for 2 days. I replace using the best of market x4 labs.
