I have been using the devise for nearly 3 months at 2 hrs a day. I see no gains

They recommend at least 4 hours a day.

Also, are you warming up beforehand or warming down afterwards? Are you combining your extender routine with a PE stretching or exercise routine? Are you taking rest days?

Every person's body is different; each requiring more training or more rest than another. You need to find the training and rest time that stimulates your body.

Two hours a day x 90 days is a total of 180 hours of training. The tissues in your body need more training than that. All the scientific research I have read points to averaging 8-hours a day and approaching 1000 total hours of training with the right amount of tension. I have also read that more tension to cut down the hours does not really do the trick either.

For me, I can carve out blocks of time, two or three hours here, three of four hours there to average 8 hours a day over a six day exercise week. I rest one day a week. I find that after a day of rest, I can exercise longer with higher tension.... and the amount of tension I can sustain decreases over the week.... until after the day of rest again it is high again; progress sort of like a ramped staircase.

Each day, I start out with more tension and decrease the tension if the dorsal nerve becomes irritated, or if a warming in the suspensory ligament being stretched begins to be more than warm. If I get a little irritated, I remove the device for 30 mins, lower the tension, and go again.

I look at this training as like training any other body part; I use knowledge to help me succeed.

I watch the movies once, 28 days and weeks, I did not care for them. I will see 28 Weeks Later, when if it comes out. I am not saying they are bad movies, just can not get into them.
