I posted those pics at 1.5 months. I'll wait until 3 months to post new ones. Thanks for the encouragement!

For your own routines, remember that these things take time. I've had 4 or 5 years of conditioning my penis for PE. Don't force it even if you want to have big gains fast. Your penis, like any body part, needs rest and recovery periods.

All things take time. Look at how far you've come in just 4 months :)

True. I still can't believe my flaccid length increase sometimes. Just NOT turtling so much is great...

At what point or points during the process have you stopped or taken extended recovery periods?

Good question. I have been doing PE for maybe 5 years so I can answer that many different ways.

- With the extender, I have been taking at least 1 day off a week, sometimes 2. Whenever my penis is slightly tender to the touch, I automatically take a day off.
- Over the five years, I take an entire week off every few months. That comes out to 3-4 weeks of nothing per year.
- Twice during the five years I have taken 1-2 months off. Both times occurred when I made a major change to my routine, such as adding in the extender. This is really hard to accomplish because you do see yourself shrink a little. Your gut instinct will be telling you to get back to stretching. However, you need to take this time off to come back even stronger.

Great gains izzy!
When first glancing at this blog I thought you had been doing specifically the X4 for 5 years, I reread the blog and discovered it's only been around 4 months, yet you've been doing other pe for 5 years. I feel like that makes your journey thus far even more of a success story.
In my 2.5 months I've seen about a .5"gain el and your blog definitely gives me the motivation to keep going.
I also started focusing on manual pe as of recently, which I also agree that when paired with the X4 makes a noticeable difference.
Either way, keep up the great work! It's encouraging having a member keep up to date with posting :-bd

Thanks for the feedback. Combination routines definitely seem like the way to go. When I was just doing PE exercises and stretches, I could always feel like there was more I could do. I started being able to stretch my penis a lot, but it never stuck. I think I am responding so well because I can maintain the stretched length for a longer period of time. It seems to be giving my penis time to adjust to the new length.

I was very happy with the results I obtained on my own. I am also happy with where I am right now. If I have reached my maximum, that is perfectly fine with me. However, if I can get even more, why not go for it?

I just found a collection of my first measurement pictures (dated 2012), I didn't measure or take pictures when I first started PE. It was either in 2009 or 2010, as it was just after I started a new job and moved apartments... Now that I think about it, I started the job in June of 2009 and moved in February of 2010, so I must have started PE during the summer of 2010.

Anyway, back to the 2012 pictures. I don't remember ever measuring or taking pictures before that point. It would have been neat to see my actual original size.
