Thanks for checking in. I was in the middle of stuff on Monday and just measured real quick. Since I had taken a week off, it did not seem as important to post the results. I'll make sure I take good measurements this Monday :)

Thanks for checking in.

Stick with PE for 5 years and you too can accomplish big things (pun intended).

I tried out the X4 clinical trial reporting tool and it is not very good for general use. It was specifically made for the clinical trials and you cannot deter from the rules. So instead I hopped on myfitnesspal. There, I made a new tracking category and put in all of my log entries. So here is what you can see in it:
- The original value was from the picture taken in 2012 (read from an earlier post in this thread)
- I do not have any measurements from the start of PE in 2010
- The first jump on the chart is the May 28th, 2015 measurement a few days before I received the X4.
- Everything after that is from this very progress journal (read through it if you want to see)

- EDIT: I just added in green lines roughly indicating where 5-9 inches are. Five is the bottom line around 127 millimeters. And 9 inches is around 229 millimeters.

All measurements at in millimeters to better track progress.

This is awesome! Great work, Izzy.

Appreciate you sharing information with us. That is the one issue I have with people using the new X4 Labs Penile Traction Therapy Progress Tracker. Granted it automates your data, but people don't get to really share it like you are doing.

You are truly a success story! I read you got the Deluxe with the Quad Support. Do you have any tips on how people should wear their extenders?

Thank you, that really means a lot to me.

My best advice is to change up what you are doing constantly. I have not stuck with any one configuration the entire time I've had the device. Also, don't go into this with any preconceived notions. Just because you read something in one of my journals does not mean that it will work for you. When I first started PE, I tried a bunch of different methods that I found while lurking on various forums. Most of them did not work for me. The main reason was that they took way too much time. Some of those people's routines would take hours to complete. Regardless of how much I would like to grow, I do not have 2 hours to perform manual stretches. That is one of the reasons that I knew having an extender device would be hugely beneficial to my own routines.

My last bit of advice is to not get discouraged. Do not try to compare yourself to me or anybody else. When I first started, I read some routines by a user named Uberschwanz (or something like that on another forum). His results were very motivational. However, I could not even come close to replicating them and it made me feel really bad. Once I got over that, I started focusing just on myself. If others get better results than me, congratulations to them. :)

Great advice. It's really nice of you to take time out of your day to motivate others. Keep up the good work. Logs like this are super valuable and serve as a great inspiration to the community.

That's why I was hoping to do the clinical trial. Since they make it so impossible to actually accomplish it, that will never happen :D. I'll have to settle for helping out people on the forums.

I took another measurement today - body fat percentage. Averaging three caliper methods (JP7, JP3, and Parillo), it came out around 17.25% - 17.5%. Last time I checked my body fat percent was the end of February (three months before ordering my x4). It was in the 19-20% range then at around 250 pounds. Even though my weight is not changing much, I am definitely losing some fat. Funny how doing PE can also translate into improving overall health :)
