Hey guys first time user, wore the x4 labs extender for two hours last night seemed to work ok.. I'm hopeing to see 6.5'bpfl some day!! I'll keep posting any results on my PE journey!!

Day 2 wore extender for 4hrs ,does your head supposed to get cold after wearing extender for a while?
Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated.

It is not "supposed" to get cold. But the head getting cold is very normal. I usually take off the device after 30-60 minutes in order to regain circulation. You can do a few jelqs and slow crank stretches to regain circulation faster.

They say to not have any blood pooled in the head when putting on the device and that prevents cold-head. However, in my experience, getting a cold head cannot be avoided unless you have the device loosely attached. Going for a tight stretch always produces a cold head for me.

Day 5: I've used the extender 4 out of 5 days anywhere from 2-4 hrs at a time taking a break after 30 to 45 min.Haven't measured any since I started x4 labs extender but I'm feeling very optimistic, reading all the posts on here has definitely gave me confidence. I've Ben using
Bathmate x30 for 4 months think this is going to be a good combination. Just thought I would check in!

Awesome job. Definitely keep posting regardless of whether your gains (or losses) live up to your expectations. If you have no effect or little gains, just try to vary up your routine some. If you have good gains, then keep going how you are :)

It seems like everyone has a tough first month, just figuring out the new device and what works best for you. After the first month it gets easier to use, more time in the device without breaks, etc.

Dick Tracy! I am using it most every day just not for long periods still using low tension mostly until I get the feel of what's best, my Stretched BPFL is 51/2 but turtles back to 21/2 to 3 in not stretched (cold)

I know they say 8 hours, I am more in it for duration and comfort. I try to do 4.5-6 hours broken up over 3 sessions. Seems to work best for me. I don't know that I would want to go the 8 hours. It seems counter productive if I can do an 8 hr session only to have to take a rest day, in turns times average out over a month. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows.

Around the two week mark now,going pretty good except for the normal newby problems (strapping in )by what I have read on here I probably should be using 11/2 bars and I can use them but it's a workout getting strapped in so I'm sticking to the 1/2 bars until I get used to strapping in part! I will take a good measurement in a week or so!

I made the picture in 5 minutes, so my apologies for how crude the diagram is. Anyway, I attach one side of the strap and have it hanging off the side of the device. With my right hand, I hold and stretch out my penis with my thumb and fore finger (this can be overhand or underhand, whichever is more comfortable - the drawing is showing overhanded). With my middle, ring and pinky fingers, I press in on the device, compressing the springs. I make sure to pull my penis away from where I will be strapping in. Then, my left hand is completely free to strap the other side in and tighten. Make sure to have whatever pads, etc., you need are already on when you are setting up.

Much thanks Izzy, just warmed up good with a BM session put my 1in bars back on and strapped in the X4
Worked pretty good!! I'm glad to be able to use the 1in bars(gives me decent tension) this technique is going to help a lot!

Day 17:
14 days of stretching, 3 rest days
Getting more accustomed to using
The device, stretching at 1hr sessions taking 15-20 minute breaks in between but still trying to get my 4-6 hrs daily. Still holding true to my 30day measurement (will post in a couple weeks) seems that turtling is not as bad and I am seeing some stronger looking veins!

So I ordered the quad support today i think that's going to help things out a lot, cut back to the device and 1in
Rods today going to use these a few days I'll probably go back to 1.5 rods when the quad peice gets here.still on 1hr sessions 2 to 4 times a day! Some mild jelquing and
10-15 min bathmate sessions 2 days on and 1 day off! Will keep you updated!!

It will. I ordered the anniversary edition which came with both, so I tried both. It was very noticeable right away for comfort and ease of strapping in. The memory foam pads also make a huge difference with quad support base but don't last long at all. I use 2 of them and I'm lucky if they lasted 2 weeks each.
